About the Waterfront Orthodontics' Staff
Meet Dr. Brian D. Miller
Dr. Miller’s desire for excellence and care for the well-being of his patients, along with the satisfaction he finds in practicing orthodontics, make him a great orthodontist.
Dr. Miller was born and raised in the Back Mountain. He is a graduate of Dallas High School. He then pursued an undergraduate degree at Cedarville College in Ohio and graduated as salutatorian of his dental class at the University of Pittsburgh in 2000.
Dr. Miller received his specialty training at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, where he earned a certificate to specialize in orthodontics.
Dr. Miller is an Invisalign-certified doctor and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists. He considers himself very fortunate to be practicing orthodontics in the Wyoming Valley, which he regards as a great place to raise a family.
Dr. Miller resides in the Back Mountain with his wife, Karen, and children, Alayna, Aly, and Brady. He is looking forward to meeting you and working hard to accomplish your treatment goals.
Meet Dr. Andrew (AJ) Nardone
Dr. Nardone, a proud native of Dallas, PA, is excited to be back serving the community where he grew up.
After graduating from Dallas High School, he earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from The University of Scranton. He then went on to receive his D.D.S. from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, followed by a three-year residency and Master’s in Orthodontics, also at Columbia.
Dr. Nardone’s favorite part of practicing orthodontics is helping patients who feel anxious about dental visits. He takes pride in making the orthodontic experience comfortable, positive, and even enjoyable.
Outside the office, Dr. Nardone enjoys playing soccer, skiing, wakeboarding, cooking, and spending quality time with his family and his wife, Maria. He’s thrilled to be back in his hometown, bringing smiles to the community he’s always called home.

Our staff members pride themselves on their technical knowledge of orthodontics and their ability to motivate a patient toward achieving a beautiful smile. To serve our patients in an efficient manner, we have our own in-house lab for prompt diagnostic information and retainers.
Our wonderful staff members will welcome each patient and their parents. During your first visit and throughout the treatment, they will determine if there are any special needs to make your time with us a positive and pleasant experience. They can put the reluctant patient at ease and assist with setting goals as an orthodontic patient.
Our Financial Coordinator is also here to help you select an affordable financial payment plan that suits your individual needs and to submit any insurance claims that you may have.
